What's inside?
Thermal cameras are an autoclave-type unit with induction heating. The heating element, in the form of a coil, is located along the entire outer surface of the autoclave. Due to this, there is a completely uniform heating of the camera walls. This eliminates the precipitation of condensate on the inner surface of the autoclave and completely prevents corrosion processes of the camera walls. The equipment uses a system of jet ventilation of the stack, which made it possible to reduce the thermal treatment cycle time by 30-40% and achieve 100% uniformity of color throughout the stack of thermally modified material.
The control system is built on the basis of Owen microprocessor controllers. It also includes the possibility of remote monitoring and control of the installation.
